HANNAT  NABADDA

A passionate creator of both food and pastries, Hannat Nabadda started The Food Library in 2015 shortly after graduating from Capsicum Culinary School to reintroduce the dictionary of local and global cuisine to Ugandans.

 

 

Operating as a one-woman shop, The Food Library prepares gourmet food and pastries delivered with a delicate and out of the norm presentation.

 

Nabadda, a South African-trained Chef, has applied her wealth of experience from five-star restaurant dining in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Stellenbosch to private homes, festivals and corporate events in both Uganda and Rwanda.
